Paul Verrette, a native of Dover, NH, received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and his M.A. from Boston University. Prof. Verrette came to the UNH faculty in 1962 and retired from the full-time faculty in 1995. He is the departmental liaison with the New Hampshire Library of Traditional Jazz, housed in the Special Collection area of UNH's Dimond Library. He continues to perform with faculty jazz groups, and writes the program essays for the Traditional Jazz Series. |
