Graduation Options
There are two options for graduation within the Honors program at the University of New Hampshire.
University Honors

Follow the steps listed to register for honors courses.
Senior Thesis
Students graduating with an honors designation complete a senior thesis. The finished product can take many forms - a research paper, an experiment, a piece of computer software, a collection of short stories, or a music recital.
Program Completion
The end is near. Here are the steps to follow for completion of the program.
Academic Standards: Requirements to remain in program
- Students who enter the university in fall 2008 and in subsequent years must achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.40 in order to graduate with a University Honors designation.
- Individual Honors-in-Major programs may set their own minimum GPA's. Please see departmental information.
- The current minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20 will continue to apply to all students enrolled at UNH as of May 2008.
