Our Mission

Not Your Average University Dining

Do you know what it takes to serve 69,000 meals a week? We sure do! Our family of over 300 chefs, servers, managers, student employees and others, serve up dining options that range from classics like wood fired pizza and grilled cheese to homemade soups and vegan dishes. Our menus change daily so students never get tired of the same old meals. We also provide themed meals on special holidays with restaurant style dishes such as seafood bisque, sushi, hand-carved roast beef and vegetarian stuffed shells.

If the fresh ingredients in our creations aren't enough proof of our high standards, we also have the great honor of receiving over 20 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards presented by the National Association of College and University Food Services.
