Description The Distribution Assistant will support the Distribution department by processing all Health Coach requested mailings submitted to the database. Primary Responsibilities * Access internal database and process member mailings. * Follow documented processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with client guidelines. * Physically collate pieces for mailing and match to member mailing information. * Process requested mailings within tight timeframe of mail pickup. * Communicate within the department to assure all mail is ready for pickup. * Communicate with other departments to provide feedback and problem resolution. Attention to detail is crucial for compliance to client contracts and HIPPA guidelines. Qualifications Education and Experience: * High school education required, additional education is a plus. * Experience in an office environment with tight deadlines. Additional Skills: * Strong computer skills - Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Excel, Word. * Work in any proprietary database is a plus. * Strong ability to work under pressure. * Ability to multi-task on a day to day basis. * Excellent organizational skills. * Ability to problem solve and work in a defined work space. * Experience working with diverse groups of people and across departments. * Strong writing and communication skills. * Ability to take on additional tasks when necessary - including, but not limited to, collating mail jobs. * Strong sense of decorum and ability to follow documented procedures, as well as handle constructive criticism. * Excellent attention to detail. Physical * Light, periodic lifting of no more than 25 lbs.
