ENVIRON is seeking motivated and inquisitive candidates for an entry or
mid level Associate Engineer position in our Groton, Massachusetts office.
Job responsibilities might include performing Phase I and II site
assessments, assisting facilities with regulatory compliance, data
analysis, operating and maintaining air monitoring equipment, conducting
sampling of soil and ground water, and performing air dispersion modeling.

Please note that this position requires at least 25% travel.

Required Skills

 *  Minimum of a BS degree in relevant engineering discipline (civil,
    environmental, chemical preferred) or BS/BA in a relevant science
    discipline (environmental, chemistry, physics, or biology). An
    advanced degree is desirable, but not required.
 *  Excellent written and oral communication skills
 *  Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely
    to both technical and non-technical audiences
 *  Strong analytical and research skills

Required Experience

 *  Experience with PC-based or network applications software
 *  Background in Phase I and II site assessments, familiarity with
    federal and state multi-media environmental regulations, air quality
    monitoring, field sampling and data analysis, data base applications
    (e.g., MS Access), human health risk assessment, or environmental fate
    and transport modeling a plus
