Project Mandarin

In May, 1998, Project Mandarin was dissolved. At that time the software was placed in the public domain at "ftp.mandarin.org". While that site still exists, it appears not to be publicly accessible.

The follow-on project to Mandarin at Cornell is called SALSA at http://salsa.cit.cornell.edu.
